Any italian horror eye-impalement is great (I'm partial to Zombi 2), and - while it may not be horror - there are several contenders in Final Destination 2. (I must've rewound, replayed, fast forwarded and slow-motioned the "pane of glass falls on kid" scene 50,000 times). |
