The best part was when I went to take a piss I was reading the graffitti above the urinal and it said "Rich Horror left AIDS here". I didn't know IWEIPH played the Barbary Saloon. Hirax did play the Brooklyn show. That show fucking ruled. North Six didn't provide us any food so they had to give us the buyout money so I got to eat pizza. REAL pizza, not this shit they call pizza in Boston. Ran into people I haven't seen in years. Best part of the night though was when Peter Steele showed up. He is the coolest motherfucker in the world. I was in a wicked bad mood and for some reason he made it his mission to cheer me up. I ended up at a bar with him and we hung out and drank all night. Carnivore is my favorite band in the world and Type O fucking rules too so I was half in a state of disbelief the whole time. He even gave me his phone number and said to call him next time I feel like killing myself. Musical genius AND a fun guy to drink with. Thanks Pete! |
