though, fixing a flat is $20 and a new tire at the place I go to is $35-50.

perhaps it is your rim? that has happened to me before. one little defect in the rim and it causes a slow leak in any tire, new or old.

dood....have you tightened the valve?
I seriously just went thru this, with my TealMobile, and to my suprise, a can of fix-a-flat, not only filled my 100% FLAT tire, enough to drive on, but also actually fixed the leak, wherever it was.
I havent had to stop at 7-11 for air, in over a month now!!!
Try it!!

if they install the tire properly theywill coat the inside of the rimand tire with a rubber compound that will prevent that. also, try and tighten the inside f the valve stem thats usually it.

sears said they couldn't fix it and when I went to the tire place they couldn't fix it. it's a staple on the border of the sidewall.

moral of any tire story: don't drive your car around Brockton and be surprised when your tires get torn the shreds

Worcester is awful on tires too. there are some sections of road, ie. Highland St., that make you feel like you are in one of those Motion Odyssey Movies.

Dude, just swap a tire off a 10-speed bike -- they would probably fit your little hippie mobile!
