| _______________________________________ [Nov 29,2006 3:06pm - Phrozenspite ""] you'll love Inaborat Kosmos and N Crugu Bradului for sure... the other ones are more raw symphonic pagan black... thats more where I draw the nokturnal mortum comparison that they started out kind of similar to that and then they both branched out into these huge powerful sounds that still draw on local influence and folk. Void of Silence were an Industrial/Black/Doom band also on Code666 who also had many symphonic elements quite similar to OM... they wrote a concept(or at least partial) album about World War 2 called Human Antithesis in which they had the vocalist from Primordial in what I'd call his best performance |

Haha, I don't know about that man, I only know him on a professional basis--he's in the middle of doing a large tattoo for me. I really don't like coming off like a fanboy so I probably wouldn't be comfortable asking. He's an interesting guy, he both comes off as really ordinary (first time I went in there he put on some 80s mix featuring mostly the Talking Heads, yesterday he was doing impressions of Chappelle Show and listening to Radiohead) but he also has the belligerent isolationist attitude you'd expect. I'm finishing it in 2 weeks, if I see any demos lying around or anything like that I'll ask ;P |
