INTO ETERNITY will kick off 2007 with a short run of headlining dates leading them into a major U.S. tour this spring. This trek also marks the addition of new members, Steve Bolognese (ex-Beyond The Embrace) on drums and Justin Bender on guitars. Tim Roth (guitars, vocals) states: “We are really excited to announce Steve and Justin as permanent members. Both will be hitting the road with us in January. They figured all the music out by ear, so I didn't have to teach them anything. That just blew me away. Steve can do rapid-fire double-bass at 240 beats per minute, so the drumming on the new album won't be a problem for him. Look for us on the road in the U.S. this spring. See you soon.”

Roth recently created a buzz on YouTube with his guitar lesson series, and click on the link below to view the final installment where he takes you through the rhythm parts for the track “Eternal.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qd7tiNdC1gg

INTO ETERNITY have had a phenomenal year that saw the release of a new album, The Scattering of Ashes, which continues to be hailed by critics and fans alike as a metal masterpiece, and a high profile run on Gigantour alongside such genre titans as Megadeth, Lamb of God and Opeth. They emerged as one of the fest’s most talked about acts and quickly developed a die-hard legion of fans along the way. Drawing from all aspects of heavy music, The Scattering of Ashes is the perfect blend of technicality, memorable songwriting, traditional heavy metal and the sheer savagery of metal’s extreme genres. INTO ETERNITY have shown that they aren’t afraid to bridge the gap between Dream Theater and Death, as well as appease all fans of guitar-oriented music. With The Scattering of Ashes, they prove that they are here to ride the new wave of technically proficient metal and create a tsunami all their own.

this band cannot keep a steady lineup. Is Roth the only original member?
