I found this video back in 1999. It was being sold on VHS on Yahoo Auctions, and it was over an hour long. Since I didn't have enough money for it at the time, I convinced my old roommate to buy it. This is one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen in my life! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this video since I moved out of that apartment. The singer then suggested that for his service, his band could perform for some disadvantaged folks. The judge, oblivious to the nature of his band or genre of music that they would play, approved.
