Entirely new lineup (minus James, of course) from when they came through Worcester in the summer and it is 1000x better. The second guitarist is so much tighter and the harmonies are really clear. The band is so tight that James can experiment with a lot of different harmonies and it sounds good. The new bassist is pretty dorky but solid and skilled; but really needs to stop doing the playing over the top of the fretboard thing every 5 seconds though. It's really not that cool and makes him look like an assclown. Darren of course filled Mike's drum spot with 100% total competence, dude is a professional. |
