We will be going in the last two weeks of May to record the full length. No word yet on who is going to release it, chances are we are going to do an initial pressing ourselves and take it from there. We are very excited to get all of our songs on record for you guys, and we will definitely have some new demo tracks up in June for you guys to hear. Tracks for the album include new versions of Carrier, Old Glory Hole, and Parallel Flatlines, as well as Paint Kills People, Deconstructing a Flower...., Burnt by a Burn Victim, and 3-4 new songs tentatively titled. Now for the bad news...we regret to inform you guys that Pires has decided to leave Dour Cursiva to pursue his interests outside of music. The split was completely amicable and we are still the best of friends, and will continue to be. We will not be looking for a replacement vocalist, and Jake will be assuming all vocal duties in the future. As far as a final show for Pires goes, we have contacted numerous venues and bands, and once all the details are finalized, the lineup and date shall be announced. Also we will be entertaining all show offers in March as a 6 piece, so if you want to see us one last time with Pires, get in touch with us NOW about at date in March.
