DESPISED ICON Complete New Album; Embark On Canadian/U.S. Run With Job For A Cowboy[views:14726][posts:20]______________________________________ [Mar 1,2007 12:19pm - the_reverend ""] The Montreal-based deathcore six-piece DESPISED ICON have completed work on their highly anticipated sophomore Century Media release with acclaimed producer/former guitarist Yannick St-Amand (Beneath The Massacre, Ion Dissonance, Neuraxis). The new effort was mixed by the renowned Andy Sneap (Machine Head, Megadeth) and is currently scheduled for a May 22nd release. The group kicked off a three-week Canadian/U.S. tour this week as direct support to Job For A Cowboy before heading to Europe in March with Unearth, Job For A Cowboy and Daath. This clip is a stunning performance based offering that puts emphasis on the band’s frantic live intensity. Look for it to make its debut this spring.
