Thats not your fault John. What you did was slightly degrade the product. It did not change the overall volume.

I am disapointed w/ you anthony, having intrest in Audio and all you care is about the peak volume. DONT SUPPORT THE LOUDNESS WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats why cd players have a volume control. But anyways the Pseudo mastering(L2 ?) was not the best. If think they(eh hmmm dan, cough, steve) should go with Imperial Mastering(remember this recomendation from last time?) for this CD.

Thats pretty much the extent of my knowledge in mastering right there...volume and certain eg boostin. I'm more into tracking and mixing, I dare not get into mastering,thats a whole 'nother job to me
It just freaks me out every now and then that i throw that cd in and its not as loud as other stuff, making me think theres something wrong with my speakers or something.
