| ______________________________ [Mar 6,2007 8:20pm - Hoser ""] Palpitations feel like your heart thumps a few times...kind of weird...then you lose your breath for a few...you try to take deep breaths to compensate and can't get a deep breath...so it's really scary. Sometimes you'll feel an adrenaline shot come out of your chest like you feel when you are very scared. Usually you end up sticking a finger on your Jugular and feeling your pulse...this is where the anxiety sets in. |
