My new house in Fla.[views:3006][posts:35]___________________________________ [Mar 20,2007 11:21pm - powerkok ""] Ive been hunting homes in Cape Coral Fla, for a month straight online, on the phone constantly, listened to about 75 different peoples stories, and tonight it finally paid off. I somehow got a house that is in literally the nicest neighborhood in the entire city. It is 1 house from the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, and is surrounded by 1-6 million dollar homes. I somehow fooled them, and they do not yet know all that is Powerkok. |

Poured concrete ext/ real plaster int/ terrazzo floors throughout. Previous owner says theyve never paid more than 75 a month to cool it. Little area next to the lanai....gay. The area has been gaylorded. I plan to change the flowers, and replace it with an upside down cat... [img] Living room with 2 double glass sliders (20 ft) that opens to the lanai. Slider in the master bedroom also opens to the lanai. This is not my stuff.... It is 1500 sf under a/c and has a 1 car garage and a 20x15 lanai. My apt in Concord is 750 sf and I pay 850 a month. Thanks for the luck wishing!! Looking foward to buckets of beeyah. I will definitely check out Celebration, I will be in Orlando in Sept. Also going on a Mahi fishing charter in June, down in the keys (islemirada area) |

Cape Coral is a very European influenced city. A Lot of hte homes are owned by Germans, as summer homes. Also, Cape Coral as well as Ft Myers are a University City now, so they are growing in a good way. There are not so great parts, but same could be said about Concord NH. Pfff, I live in that part now. |
