They had their lawyer contact the town hall to inform them that they were withdrawing their liquor license renewal request. So with that, Rox's will not be opening up again anytime soon. We are not sure what Roxanne and Dave have in mind for the building (Rox's). But have no fear.....the former staff of "Rox's The Rock House" have something in the works and we will let everyone know when it is finalized.
