yeah, thats definitely racist. "nappy-headed" is a direct reference to a black persons hair, and a "nappy-headed ho" is something you would only refer to a black woman as. thats like saying "nigger" isnt racist because it technically refers to an ignorant person.

Anyone can be on welfare and commit crimes too, but if a I get in an argument with a black guy and say "Ahh, go spend your welfare check on crack and rob a liquor store," it's fair to say I've made a racist comment.
Also, I'm not denying that it's sexist, too, but "ho" is a word much more closely associated with the black community than any other and he already mentioned the hair, so ho didn't really mean women so much as it meant black women.
