if you try
start->run->cmd then type
nslookup www.returntothepit.com
nslookup www.rttp.us
nslookup www.pepelis.com
nslookup www.defyunlearn.com
nslookup www.carinamastrocola.com

then go to http://74.53.33.18
and you see RTTP not all the other sites.

they all point to the same ip address... not any longer. I can make them come in on different ips. So if you nslookup them and go to that ip, it's that site and not rttp.

I still say you need a "Geek Thread" tag for rttp.

I asked the isp a question about domain forwarding and they must have logged in and added them.

I think I'm allowed up to 20 of them, but I need to make a special case for extra ips cause there are only a max of 2 power of 32.

thats a good deal, they charge you extra for having that many IP addresses?

[May 10,2007 11:45pm - the_reverend ""]
nope, it's all included. if you have this many ips on every site, you would need IPv6 already

haha so 6.5 billion different IPs could be used on this site

you can do a lot of things with separate SSL's or whatever you want to do with it. you can do ratelimiting on them, anything!

alex I basically just makes your one server completely look like another server all together. since the internet is L3 based. I'm sure in an L2 network (switched) it would still look like one computer.

i guess thats cool.... to have at least. i would kinda have to make something up to fill its usefulness hehe. u should host a private bittorrent site for rttp mmemememeemembers over ssl on one of them.
