Get 20 bands to pay $50 to get a track on the CD, have 1000 CDs pressed (only 100 for the first run, so that way, the 50 bucks the band pays for covers the entire pressing cost). Sell them shits for 10 bucks a pop, The first thousand dollars made would go to pay for another pressing of 1000, and the rest could help pay for RTTP. also SHIRTS. Aaron, do you have a shirt design finalized? Def star is going to raise their prices soon, so now is the time to order from them. You'd make money to put towards the website expenses, and it's publicity. $4 dollars per shirt, let's say you order 50 shirts (200 bucks total), they will probably all sell at 10 bucks a piece. Which will land you about 500 bucks. 200 of the 500 pays you back for your innitial investment, and then the remaining money can go towards 50 more shirts, and website upkeep. I'm sure you already know all the math though. |

I'm going to see about liberated images most likely cause they do a lot of the "quality" work I've seen lately. My friend making the design graduates in a week or so and I'll probably get the design then. In september, I want to make long sleeves with returntothepit on one arm and hobbyrocker on the other. 3) a comp is a great idea.. something with a hook too like a new exclusive goratory track with jay drumming for them. *hint**hint* but I wouldn't want to make money off of it. I would rather them be given out as free promo like the last CD. I was so proud of all your effort on that one. |

If like 20 people or more gives around $10 we could rent a hall and the rest will pay for itself. Unless there's been other fee's since Chariots of Fire Fest but other then that we had to pay a cop and that was out of the money we made. We paid the bands with the money from the show and it was a great success so much so that we are doing it this year. Also I found out about RTTP from the Chariots fest I was like wtf the fuck is this flyer for grabbed and went to the site the next day and have been coming back ever since. Maybe an RTTP fest would bring in some big bux especially since the site is well known. |
