His old charges are all fucking drug charges and shit, he went to rehab, came back, started dealing again, got kicked out of our house, I haven't seen him in weeks, which leads us to current times. I basically just put 8 months into a small sentence. |

Though, when he got out, he no longer did the drugs but he kept dealing with them after being told that he's facing 3-5 years in prison, and just a few weeks ago the lawyer bet himself $20,000 that he is not gonna win this case. So basically, it would cost my parents another $20,000 to do nothing but end up losing the case, unless we go with a plea bargain, which is still a chance in jail time, but now that this happened I don't see any real way out of it. |

I hope he isn't in for something horrible. As lame as I think drug use/dealing is, and as much as I want to say jail might teach him a lesson, I hope he doesn't this doesn't end up ruining his life. I thought he was a pretty decent guy before he disappeared. As far as this show, I don't know shit about setting up shows where I would get any money, but I think having a basement show and charging a few dollars/asking for donations might be ideal because it's 100 percent profit. |
