Rent is going up there sometime in the summer and we're definently not about to shell out a cent more to this place. I'd like to find some place on the south shore, or in "Boston". We pay $290.00 a month for a 15.5x12.5 space which is fine but security and rules are RIDICULOUS! I atleast know that no one will be able to steal any of my band's shit because they need a key and a key pad number. Yeah it's that's secure. |

Seriously, there's a kid who more or less lives there. He's there every single time I go there no matter when it is. I looked in his space and saw a bed in there. He sits in his room and smokes up with the door open, and at the same time has the nerve to come outside and tell me to stop throwing rocks at an inanimate parking cone. |

Sounds like the Music Mill with the security and such -- we have swipe cards. It's expensive -- our room is pretty big, but we pay about $400 to $450 a month. We split it between 2 bands and 2 or 3 other guys, so the price per person is not that bad. |

Haha, that's pretty funny, but the few times I went up in the attic were years before it was converted into a practice space. I used to see things moving around up there in the dark that totally shouldn't have been there. It's a long lonnnnng story. |

The whole 3rd floor is practice spaces. Pretty big fucking room (enough for 2 bands), lots of parking, it's right off the sullivan sq. rotary, huge freight elevator, electronic keycard/traditional keys. all rooms have individual AC's. $330 a month. I think only half the 3rd floor had practice rooms before, but they just finished construction on the other half a couple months ago. The rooms are brand new. |
