Not only does the guitarist look like leon del murte, but I realized that the singer/bassist looks exactly like the smurf characters I used to collec... Er... Um.. I mean burn when I stole them from weaker kids. Yeah, that's it. All the covers they did.. Er.. I was too tired at that point to pay attention. all this heat's giving me the vapors. I do notice the fact that this club has the humidity of a mississippi bayou. I'm guessing the raise crocodiles in the basement. crocodiles like those seen on the hit videogame bayou billly. |

Another thing that was exactly opposite from the last show was the number of songs they got to play. Last time, they had the never ending set of doom and played 129552552255395666 cover songs. This time, they only had 4 songs with of time, but did they complain? Did they just make the best of it? Well, they did complain a little bit and tried to run away with an encore song but the sound dude caught them and cut it off. |

They did all look very familiar and they had a lot of interesting things on stage with them. just not my musical cup o' tea. they played most of the set with out a bassists and the other with out the keyboardist. |

| __________________________________ [Jun 27,2007 3:06am - timjohn ""] couple thoughts. 1 - lucky dog sound guy is a complete d bag, sabotaged our set because of some vendetta he harbored after the debacle that was our last show there. but putting it in perspective, to turn the house lights on and turn down the guitar in the middle of our THIRD song (that's right, it was actually only our THIRD song contrary to reports) is just a HUGE slap in the face and is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. especially after the so-called "schedule" got apparently completely tossed aside after we got canned, i mean, did anyone else notice when ripley's fucking believe it or not carted half their fucking museum in along with the keyboard player from orgy and some other dudes and got free reign to tune their guitars on stage and wank off sans time limit? ok ok, where was i? oh yeah, point 2. 2 - mortalis and legion of the dying were both rocking, they have def stepped their game up since the last time we saw each of them play. good job guys, look forward to playing some more shows 3 - apparently train of thought thinks that S.R. are poseurs (at least the dude who looked like carrot top) 4 - rev, you know better than to spread filthy lies about my wife like that! those pitbulls were paying customers! =P timjohn |

The "metalcore" guitarist added a lot cause he moved around constantly. The sound was so amazingly full too. Oh and the drummer spent most of his time standing up. train of thought: the best way to describe them is a crowbar cover band with some vocals in the quiet spots that I hated. The rest of the set was very very loud. That dude did look just like carrottop, since CT's been on the juice and all. They were very very very loud.
