Yeah, that's a pretty good deal. I just have a cheesy Garmin E-Trex for hunting/fishing, but it works well. Doesn't have maps, but it will get you to whatever coordinates you want. I also use it as a low-speed speedometer for trolling -- when you are trolling at 1-1.5 mph a regular boat speedometer won't do shit, but GPS is right on. I definitely want to upgrade eventually to something with maps though. |
