Does anyone have a Magellan GPS?

yea, but i cant complain when i buy a 300 dollar handheld barely used for 100 bucks.

i was looking at the in care units, but its not practical for me, i need the handheld for search and rescue. eventually i am going to buy a unit soley for my jeep.

Yeah, that's a pretty good deal. I just have a cheesy Garmin E-Trex for hunting/fishing, but it works well. Doesn't have maps, but it will get you to whatever coordinates you want. I also use it as a low-speed speedometer for trolling -- when you are trolling at 1-1.5 mph a regular boat speedometer won't do shit, but GPS is right on. I definitely want to upgrade eventually to something with maps though.
