looking for a new practice space, need help

dreaded silence and pathogenic are looking to share a practice space somewhat near boston and we're having trouble finding one. most of us live in the suburbs north and west of boston (lexington, stoneham, weston), with some guys travelling from worcester, lunenburg, and tewksbury.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. locations, prices, availability, any and all info would really help us out.

I work in that town. No liquor, no ciggs, and NO resuraunts! Full of uppity douche bags who don't work and live off their rich husbands and/or families and expect the world out of you. I hate that frickin hole.
One good thing does exist there though, Theos Pizza. Best hamburger wrap i have ever had. They toast the wrap, fucking unheard of!

No shit huh? It fucking delicious, i usually get it in a wheat wrap. Since i am not in Weston today, i think i will get one similar to that here at the hospital. It won't come close to the sheer awesomeness of that one though.
As far as practice spacing, try the sound museum in Brighton/Allston. I live in Waltham and it takes me 5-10 mins. to get there so its the way to go. Good parking, decent prices, and you get the pleasure of meeting boston's finestm Hepatitis T. Or Tony as he would prefer.

I found one in waltham, all patho needed to do was find a band to share it with! Dysentery backed out so I was stuck. If dreaded wants to practice in waltham, maybe we cona figure something out. I'll call that guy tomorrow if there is a room still available, then we're in good shape.

We practice at the music mill and to tell you the truth we fucking hate it. There's more rules there than...ok I can't think of anything that has more rules than them. The price is decent at $290.00 but we have to deal with so much bullshit. Our bassist left his car in the band space parking lot overnight because everyone in the band had been drinking and he got really ill so he crashed at my place. Owner calls me the next day bitching me out saying that "it's against the rules to leave cars over night". Fucking ridiculous.
Ohh and the Billerica practice spaces I heard are run by a piece of shit guy who charges too much and has been known to break into rooms and steal equipment. Atleast that's what ALWAYS happened to bands at the practice space he owned in Lowell, MA. Also doesn't the place get flooded with a decent amount of rain??

yeah i've heard that the music mill is ridiculous. the Billerica space used to flood but supposedly it doesn't anymore. otherwise its just like any of the other practice dumps.
