My old lady and I go to this Mexican restaurant every then and again that has a mariachi band on Wednesday night who plays shit like this. We went there on her birthday a year ago and they asked her for a request and she said "know any Pepe Romero?" and they belted out a nasty tune table side....killer shit. |

Many of us will likely never reach that point and I am assured that is why it is often referred to as a "virtuoso" skill. |

I'd rather watch each performer in that video alone in their own natural habitat. That said, all three are amazing guitarists. However, the piece is more about getting the three of them together rather than showcasing what each is good at. Kiss My Axe is one of my favorite jazz guitar albums, right after Pat Methaney's Secret Story. |

Uhh...I know that doesn't really have anything to do with anything, this thread just reminded me of that little incident. I bet the guy was sick at guitar :P |
