Cartoons have been mostly reduced to some computer animated garbage with incoherent babbling in place of cleverly constructed jokes. Plus overly sensitive P.C. morons have taken all the great slapstick violence out of cartoons so now just about every cartoon on TV is some squeaky clean, wholesome, humorless rubbish with a sappy message about making friends and being gay. |

No Looney Tunes though. I guess they took out a lot of the "offensive/racist" whatnots that were in the old Looney Tunes, but put it back in for the DVDs, like the black housewife who "sounded too black" and all the anti-German/Japanese stuff from the war. Also, they took out Speedy Gonzales cause it would offend Spanish folk, but the spanish folk complained because Speedy was the only Spanish thing on TV or something. |
