Good that I saw them for their "last" show as OTB until the too ure to die show (whatever that means). They some how know the name of the E they are putting out next year but not the name of the band. Hm... There was a bit of moshing at the beginning of their set, but the floor was way too open for that to continue. I think that peole were too busy being with their french fries in the black..er.back. ps: steve, cut that hair you hippie. |

I would have sworn I saw this band before and wasn't impressed. I clicked back in my pictures and didn't see this band listed at all. So im still lost cause they were excellent. Solid old school breakdowns with a mixture of low and high vocals. Reminded me a little of newer merauder or something alon those lines. No overboard riffing, but not just all chugs. |

Some of the stuff sounded like swear to god and sort of like older bury your dead. Sort of. Not all breakdown driven. Plus, they did a hilarious beastie boys cover. People danced for their entire set. they run quickly from song to song, trying to get in as many as possible given the their time frame. still, it seemed like they got more than plenty of time. |

I really thought this was going to end a lot worse than it did. No one got hurt that I saw and no one got booted until after the set. That's what I typed before haring that the show was shut down... The sound guy got his nose broken and after their set, it was announced that the show was over. Sean was using some pricey gear and sounded the best he has ever sounded. With a second guitar player added to that mi then will sounded like old all out war in no time. So I said the show was cancelled. The sound guy was going to the hospital with a broken nose, but let's tak about dedication. With a broken nose, he came back and set up the sound for the other bands. Take a age from his f'n book. Seriously. One of the bouncers popped his nose back into place while kings was setting up. with the sound guy back, te show continued. |

One o the singers was doing a last show with the band, back from boot camp. Matt kings is their new second singer and stepped in for one new song. They started doing some rap vocals towards the end that I could have done with out. I don't even like when madball does that. |
