I thought I read somewhere that upon termination, they have to give you these hours [by law]. Did I just misread something or is the company run by a bunch of douchebags? |

I'm pretty sure when you quit or are fired from your job they must pay for all hours worked & remaining vacation time at the time of termination. |

| ___________________________________ [Dec 7,2007 11:35am - narkybark ""] There is a law concerning this, I looked it up and have it printed out somewhere when I was pissed because I had about 140 sick hours saved up and they just erased them. It seems that if it is "sick" time, you have no claim, but if it's "vacation" time, they do indeed owe you for the hours since it's considered part of your salary.
