But honestly, it's incredibly ignorant to place all the blame on jews in this situation. Yes, Israel treats the Palestinians like shit, tramples all over their rights and locks them up in ghettos just like the Nazis did to them. But at the same time none of the surrounding Arab states are any better, denying their Palestinian refugee populations the right to enter society and access social services such as health care and education. In short, it sucks to be Palestinian because on one side you've got an oppressor who explicitly denies your freedom and locks you up in a camp, and on the other you've got an oppressor who puts you in the same camp but makes nice and uses you for political gain whenever their own plebes get testy. |
