A shot in the dark, but I have practice space available

Problem is I live in Hyannis on the Cape. I live in a three bedroom ranch, and the basement is fucking huge, very clean, dry, secure and cheap! Two Access points through the house or through a bulkhead to get your gear in. There is plenty of light down there and outlets. I am willing to throw some chairs down there and a couch as well.
I only have a few boxes tucked in a corner and my washer and dryer down there. It seems like such a waste of space and I would like to see it used. I am asking $200.00 a month. Get in touch and thanks!
