Vinyl is also the ideal format for split releases, as long as it's only one band on each side. |

I remember the last time Vitamin X came around and played Providence, unfortunately I decided to get into them AFTER they showed up...so here I am patiently waiting for this band to come back so I can redeem myself. Here it is in Boston. No stage, but tons of dives and crowd surfs. The vocalist did a shitload of jumps off the drum and at the end of the set was basically carried around the entire showspace, and the people were careful enough to avoid the chandeliers. Old and new songs were played. Lyrics were sung to. It was a good night for punk music. Not to mention Fruit Salad ripped ass, so glad I got to see them finally. |
