Snack throughout the day like Captain Southbeach said. Getting to exercise will be the hardest part, maybe get some videos? Those worked great for me when I gave a shit what I looked like. Also if you get into it and consider a gym, 99% of them have great daycares for a couple bucks an hour. And if you can get over your manliness enough, yoga is 100% the best (and most difficult) strength training you can do.
