(Or is it "War Kult"?) Specifially Blasphemy/ Revenge / Morbosidad in the last couple days. Anyone else going for that? If so what other bands have that sound? I can think of the following: Blasphemy Conqueror Morbosidad Manticore Proclamation Archgoat Revenge Profanatica Beherit I think Axis of Advance may have a similar sound to it, but I'd have to check on it. I know J. Read is involved. |

I got it from John Dwyer on a whim and I was blown away. I got all of the Amputator releases, but the only thing I see out by Baphomets Horns is the split. I heard the 2 new songs on their myspace and I liked the new vocalist. I was out in Cleveland to see Nunslaughter last July, and I recognized the first vocalist at the show. I remembered seeing Baphomets Horns open a show in Olneyville (I'm pretty sure it was the Nachtmystium show) and that was how I recognized him. I chatted with him for a while, and he thought it funny to be spotted in Cleveland by someone from an RI show. Iam thinking more of the Blasphemy and Blasphemy worhipping bands though - but this CD is great. |
