Shure sm57 - Industry standard, used on more guitar amps then whores in existence. Audix I5 Sennheiser MD-421 Sennheiser e609 (little high end fizz) Royer R121 (way out of your price range) AKG C414 - I love this only when its blended with another mic. (way out of your price range) If you are recording yourself, make sure you have a good mic preamp. I think thats more important then some really expensive mic. |
