One thing, probably the BIGGEST thing, is that with modeling you have access to far greater levels of distortion than the actual amps would ever be capable of producing. Most people instinctively crank the gain, then proceed to complain about "fizz" or "plastic" sounds. Try dropping gain to 10:00 or lower, and stick an overdrive pedal in front instead. [/QUOTE]
