Gauging Interest: Trade Jackson Soloist XL for PA gear[views:8949][posts:6]_______________________________________ [Jul 22,2008 12:33am - Joshtruction ""] [img] [img] [img] Specs: 1992 Jackson Soloist XL Professional. 25.5 scale, Sharkfin inlays, Floyd Rose, Dimarzio X2N in the bridge, jackson single single neck and middle, 1 volume, 1 tone, 5 way selector switch. Electronics are rock solid and make absolutely 0 noise. Maple Neck through with alder body. Really thin (extremely this actually) neck that plays real fast. Black hardware. Dunlop strap locks. The Bad: There are some chips and dings. Hard to show in the pics because it is a white guitar but they are there for sure. It's missing one single locking nuts. I probably have one laying around for it though. Could use a decent cleaning but it is not bad. Typical pick dust in the trem etc etc. These guitars are a good investment since they are jumping up in value. When I got it a couple years ago they were averageing about 550 bucks. Now they are selling anywhere from 750-850 (ebay when one actually slips through) on average. They are getting very rare and hard to find so the value will keep going up on these. MAYBE willing to ditch my acoustic too... [img] Alverez AJ60SE I beleive. Kind of want to hang on to this since I play it more than any other instrument I own. But for the right deal it might go. I am looking for PA gear. Power amps, speakers, mixers, road cases, snakes etc etc. I am real hesitant on getting rid of the guitar so I would have to find something I really like. I'd rather trade it for one or two really nice items instead of one shitty PA. Still trying to decide if I want to do this or not, so this is not definite. Make me some offers and if I like what I see I may go for it!!!! |
