| ____________________________________ [Jul 31,2008 11:50am - dreadkill ""] to me, being in a band is a hobby (cue leigh rush HOBBY ROCKERZ comment), and hobbies cost money. some people play golf as their hobby. golf clubs cost money, playing at golf courses costs money. if you want to have fun, you have to pay for it. my band members and i have spent considerable amounts of money on recording, pressing cds, practice spaces, renting uhauls for gear, etc, but i'd rather have spent the money on that stuff than sat around my house doing nothing. |
