They were good at what they did. Problem: I don't like what they do. So it was polite listening time. Then Chuck came out to the stage, swilling caffeinated water with his AZT tablets, and played an incredible show (Sound of Perseverance). I think an hour long if it was a minute, all technically precise... it was an amazing output for a man who would soon be dying of full-blown AIDS. |
