any paintball gun shooters here?[views:2125][posts:16]______________________________ [Aug 27,2008 3:28pm - Mess ""] i need help fixing mine. i dug it out of my closet today to shoot a few rounds off (i do prefer shooting real guns rather than paint guns but i don't think the neighbor's 5 year old kid would appreciate that too much). anyway, the fucking thing keeps on jamming on me. the only way it doesn't jam is when i hand feed the paintballs myself. it seems like the loader is putting two balls in at a time? any tips or suggestions would be appreciated mah nigghas. here's a pic of it. i bought it about 10 years ago off some dude that owns some paintball shop. i guess he made the gun himself. that means there are no other guns like it out there. i guess he made a handful of them? Do you strip down, clean and oil the gun on a regular basis? What type of ball catcher (lol) does this gun have? based off the appearance it looks like on the opposite side of where the ball is loaded there should be a small bolt with a ball bearing on the end. you might want to check that out for any flaws. It's possible that the gun might need a pressured hopper (HALO/eVLution II) to function properly, This is often the case with closed blot markers but yours is an open bolt so it shouldnt be the case. I could probably figure this out in 20 minutes if i could use it in person, damn interwebz |

The reason that it's feeding 2 is due to the mechanism not opening and closing quickly enough. It is allowing enough time for 2 balls to feed by staying open for too long. That looks like an early Pirhana or Spyder, I have the Tippman A5. Good all around woods ball gun, though. |

| ______________________________ [Aug 27,2008 9:58pm - Mess ""] i just did a little research online. it's a PG1-PRO it got some pretty good reviews i guess. they compare it to a Spider MR1 they also say it's very heavy but that doesn't phase me because i'm arnold. i do have to say it feels like it was built in the USofA. almost everything on this thing is metal. if you can't kill them by shooting them, you may as well through the fucking thing at someones neck and break it.the other negatives about this gun is that it chops balls a lot. i also read that there is a way to make this thing fully auto?!?!??!?! bah bah bwhat?!?!?! that would be cool to learn how to do... oh yeah, after i learn how to get it to shoot semi with the loader correctly? here's the link i found some good info on... http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/?sort=new&prod=886&page=1 |
