What would you suggest for someone who is looking for a mid to somewhat high end tele that produces bright tones and has stock single coil pickups that wont hum/hiss? *Not looking to use it as a metal guitar; more for clean twang and maybe add a small amount of fuzz effect when needed. |

What you're buying is basically a nice piece of wood with shit hardware and a decent fret job. On some guitars you might get it perfect right out of box. Others may take some work. Either way, mess around with it a little and you'll have a guitar you'll love. |

I ended up having to throw on some Sperzel locking tuners and added a Seymore Duncan Custom in the bridge pick up to getting a hotter output, more gain, and some boosted low end. Sounds pretty fuckin' killer for what I'm using it for. |
