That chick kills it on the vocals. jay is a sick drummer. hyperblasts could be louder and i hate the triggered kicks. little too much but it did sound good. if you like that sort of thing. needs bass. mostly to help bury the triggered kick. End time illusion - this band was ok. not really digging the vox for the most part. the drummer is ok but they could use a better one for the music they are playing. Hive smasher - meep meep arrrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!! this band has great riffs. Isn't the drummer fairly new to the band? not sure how many of those songs where written by which drummer but if the new drummer is playing old songs i bet it will sound tighter when they write songs with the new drummer. never saw them with the old drummer just heard the mp3's online. getting up at 4:30 for works sucks so unfortunately i missed Smite the Righteous again. I think I missed this band and the accursed 5 times each at various shows. If only i knew i was gonna call in anyways i would have stayed. fuck my life. |
