| ________________________________ [Nov 24,2002 1:45am - xmikex ""] my thoughts on the show: the first band i saw, i dunno who they were, they weren't really my thing. since the flood was awsome, cept they need to loose the emo stuff. it was my first time seeing them and they made a fan out of me. eyeslikeautumn....not my thing either. neintara...definently lost me as a fan. my old band played with them like 2 years ago and I liked them. tonight they bored the hell out of me. it was more or less the same song over and over with the exact same breakdown every time. it's almost kind of insulting to the audience's intelligence. yeah, really bad. it dies today....made a fan out of me, much better then the last time i saw them. fun time. cannae...didn't get to play a full set, which brings me to my next point... If tonight taught us anything it's how NOT to run a show: DON'T book a good show at a shady club DON'T book a show anywhere without finding out about restrictions, like I dunno....an 11 oclock curfew perhaps?? DON'T assume, cuz when you ASSUME you make an ASS out of U....yup just you. |
