I got done at like 11:30pm. My bro had my keys and he was at the bar. So I go over to the dive and he says "Hey lets shoot a game of darts before we go home!" So I was like I'm tired, but if you really feel like getting whooped on lets do it. So we start playing and some drunk dude tells my big brother 6'2" 320lbs and in shape "maybe if I smack you, you'll play better" he got pissed as well as I, but we shrugged it off. This place is one of them united social clubs so everyone in there is real tight and we are outsiders. So we go back to playing and some other dude he is with comes up to us and says something about our mom that neither one of us can really remember. I tell the dude "Thats the wrong fucking thing to say" and he hauls off and sucker punches me. He was a bitch like I expected and was on the floor for good in one hit. Then all hell breaks loose. swarms of people just started attacking. They locked the front door so we couldn't escape or anything. So looks like 2 people are going to have to fuck up a whole bar. I start fighting some dudes and I hear my brother screaming to me for help. He was on the floor with 3 people around him beating him with folding chairs. as soon as I look back to the dudes I am fighting WHAM a pool stick explodes over my forehead. I am sitting there whooping that guys ass now and WHAM, a pool stick shatters across my mouth and sent my teeth clean through my lip. Wham another one hits me in the nose, and now thats gushing blood too. Through all that I faught over to my brother to get the butch bull dyke and 2 dudes off of him. I start hitting them to get my bro up, and wack I start getting hit in the side of the head by pool balls over and over. I get up start fighting them people and finally get the door open. I start dragging my bro out and he pulls out his knife while stumbling. He stumbled right into a cop that whooped the ever loving shit out of him with a flash light as I couldn't do a damn thing about it. so he takes his beating and the cops talk to everyone to get everyones story. Next thing you know I am cuffed heading off to jail for no damn good reason and all the white trash, inbread, greenhorn fucks, walked right to their cars and went home. I spent the night in jail. Then there are 2 kickers to this story... 1 I got charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon (on the guy that broke 2 pool cue's across my face), and destrection of private property (pool cue's) and 2. I was supposed to start my new job at 8am this morning and had to miss it for court at 8:30am. Gotta love Justice! |

You weren't charged with assaulting the cop right? Assault on a police officer will get you screwed over, even if it a bullshit charge. You may want to think about bringing a civil suit against the bar since they locked the door on you. You'll have a hell of a problem getting witnesses though. If you can get anyone's name from the police report (which you are entitled to a copy of) sue them too. |

My friend had to pay to replace the cop's wrist watch that broke while he was punching my friend. Cops need to get cancer more often. Testicular cancer. |
