I order my maha powerex batteries from them. (Powerex are still the best batteries available for photography. I can shoot my flash for 1000 pictures+ on one set of batteries with my new camera). Whenever I have an issue in warranty on the batteries, they send me new sets. All my AA batteries have 5 year warranties. The chargers have a 3 year warranty and they send me a replacement and I send them back the broken one. This happened once a couple years ago (probably 2004 or 2005).
