I refer my clients, and send the stuff that I record, to a fella named Carl Saff out in Chicago. His rates are unbelieveabley low, considering his quality of work and equipment. More importantly, he does great work. He's done both acoustic music and harcore/punk stuff for me, always with great results. Hell of a nice dude too.
