It's all nicely carpeted, nice big windows, central ac, seperate kitchen and bathroom, working shower (hot water was off for a bit, but its back) overall the place is real nice. A MILLION times nicer than the allston space. I lived in the building in front of the allston (denby rd.) space for four years, and i practiced in their for 5. I know how gross it is, and it's nothing like that in my space. And i didn't mean to be rude, but my family situation is difficult and confusing and really not something i want to post on the internet about. |

If your in North Beacon st then your space is actually much nicer than the ones down on boylston st. by berklee, and a bit nicer than denby rd in allston. The central square sound museum is nicer, but not nearly as nice as southie. |
