The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters[views:3640][posts:22]_____________________________ [Jan 9,2009 7:43am - Yeti ""] this was really good, its a documentary about one guys fight to beat the world record in the original Donkey Kong arcade, and the record holders fight to maintain his score. its a great underdog story, i don't think i've ever hated someone as much as the record holder, Billy Mitchell. he is the most pompous, pretentious douche you could ever imagine. some of it was filmed at Funspot which was really cool, apparently the Donkey Kong arcade there is one of the hardest ones ever made, at one point there is discussion about how it seems possessed. highly recommended. |
