| ________________________________ [Mar 3,2009 12:38am - ernie ""] ok. so one time we(mucopus) played a show in newpaltz. we couldnt find the bar so i stopped to buy a 40 and ask for directions. the guy at the counter told me i "look sexy as hell" on my ID and i should never change. i paid him and left but i wish i either punched him in the neck or flexed my butthole at him but instead we kept driving around untill we thought we were an hour late. jeremy the drummer at the time was freaking out, he thought we were gonna get kicked off the show. we sat there for an hour. finaly 3 hours after showtime the guy booking it came to unlock the bar so we could get in. he then told us he sent everyone emails saying a new simpsons episode was coming on that night and to show up late because no-one would miss a new simpsons episode for a crappy ole metal show in newpaltz. still nobody showed up and he couldnt pay us, so jeremy threatened him and he ended up calling his mom to bring us money before we left. by that time i was too hung over to drive and we slept in the car under a bridge for 3 hours and then drove home. not to mention we sucked worse than ever and the 8 people there wanted to throw rotten vegetables at us. new simpsons episodes suck. |
