Not a vampire flick, but I recommend "Rec" that was made into "Quarantine" for american audiences. The original is far superior and a fuck of alot scarier. On the bad side, Hollywood saw its originality, Snatched it up, and will be remade by the fucking clover field director next year. Its just a beautiful movie. They trade a music score, for the scenery of Sweden. And it sets the tone, just as good as music. But when the score does come in, its appropriate, and terrifying. It's a sweet, touching, love story. About friendship, and survival. It's about innocence, and the death of innocence. About the outcome of school bullying, and the horrors of society. . .And there's vampires. 10/10- EPIC MOVIE WIN! |
