Probably cause the singer's voice wasn't 100% and he was all you could hear through the PA. They had a lot of weird bass drops sounds but I think it was one of the guitarists making the noise. Is there such a think as guitar drops? show's running smoothly so far. can't say that im running as smoothly as I should be... I leaned on the pa and it shifted on me. I thought the whole world was collapsing, but nothing happened. I also caught my arm on the case cover to someone's head. I fail. |

I don't care what the music sounds like on the myspace because this band is fun to shoot. That seems to be the way that the crowd loves it. No matter what this band is currently called, they toss themselves around the stage and their audience follows their lead. Every time I look into the crowd, I'm 101% glad that i'm safely pressed against a speaker and not in the flailing arms of the crowd. Avoiding the eradicte motions on stage does make it interense. Speaking of the crowd, I though it look just 'ok'. Then I switched places with futurebreed and realized that most of the crowd was packed in behind me. How I didn't elbow people I will never know. |

They are a little too far from NH soil to get the NH response that they deserve, but there was a lot of crucial dudes being the key players in the pit. They started asking for the dance music to be turned off. Not very party-like. One thing is that their music is at a level that I would typically call "blistering". This time they were wicked quiet IMHO. Maybe im going deaf. They played a new song that was more inline to their rocky direction. Would rate my photographersmanship as pretty low since my camera was on manual focus for their first 3 songs. They ended with the same face song. |

He was able to keep up and they got through 3 songs. Since they had to deal with things, their set lasted about as long as a full set would. I always forget what his band sounds like. Then I get surprised. |

They got heavy like they said they were going to. I hope that translates into a heavy CD too. I noticed there was a jangly guitar part in it. My first thought was the underoath last CD that I saw live, but never listened to. The crowd surfed all over itself and the security didn't know what to do, but thankfully stuck out of the way and just protected the PAs. They let the kids be kids. Good to see. |

I doubt it have drawn half as many people if it were there though since last time there less than 100 people showed up. |

You are correct sir.....seriously though how many children will be squashed during Hope Con. and Converge....of course this is if they stick around. Kind of like when Coalesce played two years ago with see you next tuesday....kids peaced after them and didn't stick around to get schooled by Coalesce.... and I have no idea exactly what happened to rocko's.....just alot of damage to the venue i guess...I tried finding out what happened...no word yet. |
