_____________________________________ [Apr 4,2009 2:12pm - the_reverend ""] shot flatfoot 56. missed 2 bands. there are tons of people here. I had to worm my way to the stage since FF56 was playing when I came in. FF56 was really good. very professional on stage. you can tell they are used to playing with much bigger bands, much later in the evening. it's no wonder they are touring back around with the business cause they pulled off a day show and kept the core of the crowd moving the whole time. It was neat seeing a guy playing the bag pipes too. At the end, they played amazing grace, stepped up a notch with people fist pumping the whole time. Those orange lights are tought to work with. |

_____________________________________ [Apr 4,2009 3:19pm - the_reverend ""] Blood stained brindle: they ruled, ok? Seriously this was the perfect environment for them. The singer stepped out in front of the audience for all but their new songs and so many people sang along. the other bands suffered from not having a dedicated singer on this stage. They also played "we are the blood" with special guest vocalist mike mccarthy. He was a cross between a freight train and a bowling ball on that stage. More than once, I saw niccole tamaro diving out of the way. Rock-diculous. this is a band to watch. |
_____________________________________ [Apr 4,2009 3:54pm - the_reverend ""] The pinkerton thugs: same set lists as the last show. Fun and there were more people this time for the sing alongs. They put the glam in glamour punk rock n roll. Otherwise it's just our punk rock n roll. A lot of their songs sound like the clash. The song they end with is such a downer. seems that bsb had the most people here. I hope the turn out is good tonight/tomorrow. I think im coming down for for the worse. |
