You can soak the cast in vinegar and water for about a half hour, and sometimes that will allow you to peel it apart. do NOT cut yourself if you try and remove it yourself. for the last few months, underneath that cast has been a breeding ground for bacteria. if you cut yourself, I would bet really good money on you getting a pretty nasty infection. |
