Is there absolutely no more creativity in the world? From Lambgoat: "Reflections Records to release Worship 12"" Apparently this is some "hardcore band" from California? Perhaps they haven't realized there was a little known Doom band from Germany by the same name. What's even more fantastic? They ruled! That other band "Unholy" on prosthetic ripped off their name from one of the most criminally underrated bands in history, and now everyone will assume they are the true Unholy. Same thing happened to Incubus! Lastly, there is The Esoteric. Obviously they are unfamiliar with the legendary ESOTERIC from the UK. Putting "The" in front of your name doesn't change a thing. I just find it unfortunate that lesser bands who steal names from quality artists usually end up being more well known than the band who's name they stole it from. |

I can see bands(not signed to a large label/ect.) having the same name though anytime before mp3.com/myspace/ect. It's easy now to check to see if a band already exists with a certain name. |
